By accessing or using MyHabits, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Use of the service
MyHabits is provided for personal habit tracking. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the app, website, or other users.
Health and scheduling disclaimer
MyHabits does not provide medical advice. Prebuilt habits such as Medicine are reminders you configure, not a prescription or treatment plan. You are responsible for deciding whether a habit, schedule, or goal is appropriate for you. Consult a qualified professional for health questions.
Your content
You are responsible for the habits, notes, goals, and other information you enter. You should keep any backups you consider necessary.
Trial and purchases
MyHabits includes a 14-day full-access trial, then a free read-only mode. Optional auto-renewable subscriptions unlock logging, reminders, and insights. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store under Apple’s terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings after purchase.
For Apple distribution, Apple’s standard Licensed Application EULA also applies: Apple standard EULA.
Intellectual property
MyHabits, including its name, design, content, and software, is owned by its respective rights holders and protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you ownership of the app or website.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of MyHabits at any time, and may update these terms by posting a revised version.
Disclaimer of warranties
MyHabits is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of MyHabits.
